Our beautiful fishing lake is just half a minutes walk from the holiday cottages and offers spectacular coarse fishing to suit all needs and levels of skill from specimen carp angling to challenge even the most seasoned angler to abundant small silver fish for the casual or beginner angler. There is also excellent tench fishing, pike fishing and the once in a lifetime chance of incredible roach, rudd or perch to almost 4lbs.

How to Book

Step 1.

Please contact us with your enquiry by phone, or the enquiry form opposite stating your requirements. We aim to respond to enquiries made during working hours the same day.

Step 2.

Complete our detailed . We then ask for 25% deposit to secure your booking and we will hold your reservation for up to five days pending receipt of your deposit payment. For our booking form

Step 3.

Once we have received your deposit payment we will contact you by email to complete your booking and confirm the details. The balance is then due one month before arrival. For bookings made within one month of your arrival date the full fee is due upon booking.

How to find us

From the Exeter/Plymouth expressway take the exit to Totnes A384. Follow signs towards Totnes. After about five miles, on reaching the outskirts of the town, turn right at traffic lights onto A381 signed to Dartmouth and Kingsbridge. Continue for about three miles to the village of Harbertonford where you take the second turning right into Moreleigh Road. After one and a half miles turn right signed Horner Ashwell and Diptford, then turn right again after only another 150 yards. 300 yards later, fork left to Wagland Farm only.
